INTEGRA™ Matrix Wound Dressing

INTEGRA™ Matrix Wound Dressing is comprised of a Collagen-GAG matrix made of a 3 dimensional porous matrix of cross-linked bovine tendon collagen and glycosaminoglycan. It provides a scaffold for cellular invasion and capillary growth. The scaffold is eventually remodeled as the patient's cells rebuild the damaged site.

INTEGRA™ Matrix Wound Dressing when used in combination with INTEGRA™ Bilayer Matrix Wound Dressing

For deeper wounds INTEGRA™ Matrix Wound Dressing can be used in combination with INTEGRA™ Bilayer Matrix Wound Dressing. The temporary semi-permeable silicone membrane of the INTEGRA™ Bilayer Matrix Wound Dressing provides a flexible adherent covering which controls water vapor loss, acts as bacterial barrier and also adds increased tear strength to the product.
