This course is designed to help you become proficient
with the use of INTEGRA® Dermal Regeneration Template
in Burn and Reconstructive Surgery.
At the end of this course,
you will have reviewed:
- The product description and benefits of INTEGRA®
Dermal Regeneration Template, current indications for
use, product makeup, histology, and the clinical sequence
of INTEGRA Template in dermal regeneration

- Through case studies we will show how INTEGRA®
Dermal Regeneration Template can be used in a variety
of burn and reconstructive applications

- We will review the excision of necrotic or devitalized
tissue to achieve the ideal graft bed for INTEGRA®
Dermal Regeneration Template. The application of INTEGRA
Template to achieve optimal dermal regeneration, as
well as a review of post-operative care guidelines during
Neodermis formation.

- In the last section we review epidermal grafting,
the second surgical procedure following dermal regeneration
Time Requirements
The time required to complete each section ranges from
30 minutes to 2 hours.

Successful completion of this course requires the review
of section 1, INTEGRA® Dermal Regeneration Template,
section 2, INTEGRA in Burn Surgery (and) or section
3, INTEGRA in Reconstructive Surgery and section 4,
Epidermal Grafting.
