The patient is placed prone on the surgical table
with standard protection on the various pressure
points. Both ankles are elevated and a tourniquet
is applied (except if contraindicated.)
- Antibiotic prophylaxis pre-op
- Do not use plastic drape (percutaneous technique)
- Inflate tourniquet
