- If talus is present, its fixation should
be performed using 2 screws in the straight
oblong hole, and 2 lock-screws
(figure 9)
- If no talus remains, this straight oblong
hole faces the distal tibia. Insertion of
a screw is recommended, with 2 lock-screws.
