With the K-wire still in place, the I.CO.S.®
screw is selected and introduced by means of a
cannulated screwdriver tip (119562ND 6.5 mm) attached
on the quick coupling, or manually with the internal
screwdriver (119561ND 6.5 mm)
The extremity of the screw head should be flush
to the bone cortex
At this point static compression has been achieved
