- The static compression effect can be increased
by continuous screwing movement of the entire
screw. However, in order to maintain effective
compression and adequate stability the head
of the screw should remain in the cortical
bone.
- Additional (optional) dynamic compression
is achieved by advancing the outer thread
of the screw independently of its main body
- For this, the external screwdriver (119536ND
4.0 mm) is used, which screws the external
threading of the screw head. The body (internal
part) of the screw will not be moved.
